Research objective is development of model of an industrial and logistic cluster on the example of textile branch of Kazakhstan. The research methodology is based on the statistical analysis, systematization of the studied indicators group of data, generalization, and creation of logical conclusions. Use of methods of an economical and geographical research allowed offering option of placement of a cluster.As a result of condition studying of textile branch of the country is established that capacities of cotton processing enterprises are loaded not completely, there is no effective system of merchandising, beginning from producer of cottonraw and finishing with realization of end textile products.The value of research is offers on creation of an industrial and logistic cluster in the south of the country for a requirements satisfaction of domestic market in textile products.
