В статье исследованы факторы, влияющие на инновационную деятельность в Казахстане, выбранные на основе модели «тройной спирали» и проанализированные с помощью корреляционных и регрессионных моделей. После построения множественной регрессии при помощи уравнения тренда дается прогноз на последующие 2-3 года. Для повышения точности прогноза был использован ретро прогноз.
In this article, the author examined the factors affecting on innovation in Kazakhstan. They were selected on the basis of the “triple helix” model and analyzed by using correlation and regression models. After constructing multiple regression with the help of the trend equation, a forecast for the next 2-3 years was given. To improve the accuracy of the forecast, a retro forecast was also used.
