Часто индустрия туризма рассматривается в качестве посредника экономических и социальных изменений в обществе. Кроме того, туризм способен поддержать общенациональное объединение путем притока иностранной валюты, поощрять культурную деятельность и традиционные ремесла, оказать существенное влияние на выживание различных секторов услуг. Индустрии туризма отводится значительная роль в создании рабочих мест, снижении уровня безработицы преимущественно за счет развития туристского предпринимательства, способного устранить социальные проблемы, дать толчок развитию страны и пополнению бюджета, приводящему к росту валового внутреннего продукта.Цель работы - определить уровень развития предпринимательской активности в сфере туризма в регионах Казахстана. Исследование основано на применении основных статистических методов: группировки, рядов динамики. В статье проведен анализ туристских потоков по типам туризма, доли туризма в ВВП, количества активных субъектов в сфере туризма в динамике за последние 5 лет.Результатами исследования стали рейтинг областей Казахстана по развитию предпринимательской активности в туризме; выявление факторов, сдерживающих развитие предпринимательства в туризме, предложения по повышению привлекательности областей как туристских дестинаций.Областью применения результатов исследования является деятельность субъектов туристской индустрии: Министерства культуры и спорта, управлений по развитию туризма, туроператоров и турагентов, отраслевых организаций, потребителей.Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке региональных программ развития туризма в рамках реализации государственной программы развития туризма до 2023 года.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern tourist business is one of the largest and fastest growing sectors of the economy. Often the tourism industry is seen as a mediator of economic and social changes in society. In addition, tourism is able to support national unification through the inflow of foreign currency, encourage cultural activities and traditional crafts, and have a significant impact on the survival of various service sectors. The tourism industry plays a significant role in creating jobs, reducing unemployment mainly due to the development of tourism entrepreneurship, able to eliminate social problems, give impetus to the development of the country and replenish the budget, leading to an increase in gross domestic product.The purpose of the work is to determine the level of development of entrepreneurial activity in the field of tourism in the regions of Kazakhstan.
