Туризмді дамыту арқылы Ұлытау облысының экономикасын әртараптандыру

Зерттеудің мақсаты – туризм индустриясын дамыту арқылы Ұлытау өңірінің экономикасын әртараптандыру мүмкіндіктерін анықтау. Қазақстанның кейбір өңірлері дағдарыс құбылыстары кезінде проблемалары шиеленісе түсетін өңірлердің монопрофильділігімен сипатталады. Ұлытау өңірінің экономикасын кеңістіктік ұйымдастыру түсті металлургияны дамытуға басым бағыттылықтың салдары ретінде монопрофильділікпен сипатталады. Соңғы жылдардағы әлемдік аренадағы оқиғалар көрсеткендей, ұзақ мерзімді перспективада шикізат нарықтарына шамадан тыс тәуелділік қандай да бір жолмен аймақтың әлеуметтік-экономикалық даму траекториясына тежеу және деформациялық әсер ету қаупін тудырады. Бұл шарт осы мақаланың тақырыбын, оның теориялық және практикалық маңыздылығын анықтайды. Зерттеуде жүйелік тәсіл қолданылады. Зерттеудің әдіснамалық негізін жалпы ғылыми әдістер құрайды: статистикалық деректерді талдау және синтездеу, логикалық әдіс, салыстырмалы талдау әдісі, аймақ экономикасын әртараптандыру деңгейін бағалау әдістері. Зерттеу нәтижесінде Ұлытау облысының экономикасын әртараптандыру жағдайына диагностика жүргізілді және туризм саласы өңірде туристік әлеуеттің жоғары болуына байланысты өңір экономикасының тұрақтылығына қол жеткізу бағыты ретінде айқындалды. Зерттеу нәтижелері бойынша жасалған қорытындылар мен ұсыныстарды Ұлытау өңірінің бағдарламалар мен өңірді дамытудың тұжырымдамаларын әзірлеуде пайдалануға болады.
