Теоретические основы финансового механизма развития возобновляемой энергетики

Глобальная концепция устойчивого развития стран предопределила мировые тренды перехода на безуглеродные источники энергии, среди которых возобновляемые источники энергии являются наиболее перспективными. В этой связи разработка теоретических основ финансового механизма развития возобновляемой энергетики является актуальной задачей финансовой политики и энергетической отрасли государств. Ввиду отсутствия или ограниченности литературных данных о базовых основах финансового механизма развития возобновляемой энергетики и его взаимосвязи с экономическими законами, целью исследования является разработка теоретических основ финансового механизма развития возобновляемой энергетики. Для достижения поставленной цели были использованы данные из научной и учебной литературы зарубежных авторов и методы диалектической логики и дедукции. В статье проведены обзор, систематизация и анализ литературных данных о взаимосвязи финансового механизма экономических процессов с экономическими законами. Определено действие объективных экономических законов возрастания потребностей, соответствия производственных отношений уровню и характеру развития производительных сил, конкуренции, стоимости, спроса и предложения, денежного обращения в экономических процессах сектора возобновляемой энергетики. Полученные результаты исследования имеют теоретическую ценность, так как получены впервые и могут быть использованы для развития возобновляемой энергетики в странах с переходной экономикой, развитых и развивающихся странах, в том числе в Казахстане.
