Аутсорсинг в сельском хозяйстве Казахстана: современное состояние и перспективы

В статье рассматриваются проблемы повышения эффективности предприятий агропромышленного комплекса, целесообразность и возможность использования модели аутсорсинга в организации бизнеса, изучены преимущества повышения эффективности труда и формы управления за счет использования системы аутсорсинга агропромышленных структур. В посткризисный период негативные результаты и принципы организации агробизнеса рассматривались как новое направление обеспечения устойчивого развития сельского хозяйства путем пересмотра службы аутсорсинга. При этом была сформулирована проблема повышения эффективности экономики агропромышленного комплекса Казахстана, большое внимание уделено изучению регионального направления и внедрению аутсорсинговых процессов. Целью исследования является анализ организационно-экономической сущности аутсорсинга и повышение эффективности сельскохозяйственных предприятий за счет использования этого инструмента в бизнесе на селе. При изучении аутсорсинговых отношений в сельскохозяйственных предприятиях применены такие приемы методологии исследования как системный и ситуационный анализ, при внедрении аутсорсинга - теория синергетической концепции, сравнительный анализ и синтез, методы институционального экономического анализа и обобщения. Результаты исследования по развитию аутсорсинговой деятельности направлены на использование малыми и средними сельскохозяйственными предприятиями, рыночными организациями при реструктуризации бизнеса, а также органами управления ассоциаций, союзов, центров поддержки, заинтересованных в оказании реальной помощи для сельских предпринимателей.
