Қазақстанның ауыл шаруашылығындағы аутсорсинг: қазіргі жағдайы және болашағы

Мақалада агроөнеркәсіптік кешен кәсіпорындарының тиімділігін арттыру мәселелері, бизнесті ұйымдастыруда аутсорсинг үлгісін қолданудың орындылығы мен мүмкіндіктері, еңбек тиімділігін арттырудың артықшылықтары мен аутсорсинг жүйесін пайдалану арқылы басқару нысандары қарастырылады. агроөнеркәсіптік құрылымдар зерттеледі. Дағдарыстан кейінгі кезеңде агробизнесті ұйымдастырудың келеңсіз нәтижелері мен принциптері аутсорсинг қызметін қайта қарау арқылы ауыл шаруашылығының тұрақты дамуын қамтамасыз етудің жаңа бағыты ретінде қарастырылды. Бұл ретте Қазақстанның агроөнеркәсіп кешені экономикасының тиімділігін арттыру мәселесі тұжырымдалып, аймақтық бағытты зерделеуге және аутсорсингтік процестерді енгізуге көп көңіл бөлінді. Зерттеудің мақсаты – аутсорсингтің ұйымдық-экономикалық мәнін талдау және осы құралды ауылдық бизнесте қолдану арқылы ауыл шаруашылығы кәсіпорындарының тиімділігін арттыру. Ауылшаруашылық кәсіпорындарындағы аутсорсингтік қатынастарды зерттеу кезінде жүйелік және жағдайлық талдау сияқты зерттеу әдістемесінің әдістері, аутсорсингті енгізу кезінде – синергетикалық тұжырымдама теориясы, салыстырмалы талдау және синтез, институционалдық экономикалық талдау және жалпылау әдістері қолданылды. Аутсорсинг қызметін дамыту бойынша зерттеу нәтижелері шағын және орта ауыл шаруашылығы кәсіпорындарына, бизнесті қайта құрылымдау кезінде нарықтық ұйымдарға, сондай-ақ ауыл кәсіпкерлеріне нақты көмек көрсетуге мүдделі қауымдастықтардың, одақтардың, қолдау орталықтарының басқару органдарына пайдалануға бағытталған.
