Қазақстан мен Өзбекстанның шекара маңындағы өзара іс-қимылдарының жаңа мүмкіндіктері мен алғышарттары

Мақаланың мақсаты Қазақстан мен Өзбекстан экономикаларының өзара іс-қимылы мен өзара ықпалы негізінде шекаралас елдердің трансшекаралық процестерін зерттеу және шекара маңындағы аумақтарды дамытудың жаңа мүмкіндіктерін айқындау. Ғылыми зерттеулер зерделеніп, Қазақстан мен Өзбекстанның экономика, саясат, экономикалық қауіпсіздік, білім беру және инфрақұрылымдық жобаларды қалыптастыру саласындағы өзара іс-қимыл процестерін ғана емес, әдеби көздерге шолу жасалды. Екі елдің экономикалық дамуын зерттеу және салыстыру, экономикалық және ресурстық әлеуетті көрсету, шекара маңындағы аумақтардың дамуын салыстырмалы сипаттау. Зерттеу әдістемесі халықаралық ұйымдардың трансшекаралық ынтымақтастығы жөніндегі негізгі құжаттарды, оның ішінде дәліздердің тиімділігін өлшеу және мониторингілеу жөніндегі дерекқорды зерттеу негізінде ынтымақтастық басымдықтарын кешенді талдауға; ҚР Стратегиялық жоспарлау және экономикалық реформалау агенттігінің, халықаралық рейтингтік агенттіктердің Статистика жөніндегі бюросының деректеріне кешенді статистикалық талдау жүргізуге; жан басына шаққандағы ЖӨӨ деңгейі бойынша Қазақстан облыстарының бөлінуіне бағалау жүргізу; Қазақстан өңірлерінің біркелкі емес экономикалық даму коэффициентін әзірлеу және есептеу; Өзбекстан өңірлерінің жан басына шаққандағы ЖӨӨ деңгейі бойынша рейтингін өткізу.
