Ішкі көші-қон процестерінің әлеуметтік-экономикалық тәуекелдері және олардың Қазақстан халқының әлеуметтік-аумақтық ұтқырлығына әсері

Бір жағынан, әлеуметтік-экономикалық дамудың, кедейліктің, әртүрлі аймақтардың экологиялық проблемаларының біркелкі развитиястігінің салдары болып табылатын көші – қон айтарлықтай әлеуетке ие және экономикалық және әлеуметтік жағдайлардың жақсаруына ықпал етуі мүмкін, ал екінші жағынан, теңсіздіктің күшеюіне әсер ете отырып, әлеуметтік-экономикалық және басқа тәуекелдердің генераторына айналады. Мақаланың мақсаты Қазақстан халқының ішкі көші-қонының әлеуметтік-экономикалық тәуекелдерінің негізгі нысандарын анықтау және олардың өңірлік қоғамның әлеуметтік-аумақтық орнықтылығына әсерін бағалау болып табылады. Халықтың ішкі көші-қон ағындарының динамикасына әсер ететін әлеуметтік-экономикалық факторларды бағалауды жүргізу үшін жүйелі тәсіл қолданылды, халықтың өңірлік өмір сүру деңгейін компоненттік талдау, сандық және сапалық көрсеткіштерді іріктеу және топтастыру әдістері пайдаланылды. Көші-қонның әлеуметтік-экономикалық тәуекелдерінің халықтың әлеуметтік-аумақтық ұтқырлығына әсерін зерттеудің негізгі бағыттары негізделген. Қазақстан халқының ішкі көші-қонының әлеуметтік-экономикалық тәуекелдерінің негізгі нысандары айқындалды. Тіршілік жүйелерінің деңгейі мен сапасы мен көші-қон ағындарының күшеюі арасында ең тығыз байланыс бар екендігі негізделген. Зерттеу барысында Халықтың көші-қоны экономика мен қоғам дамуының өзгеріп отыратын әлеуметтік-экономикалық жағдайларының ықпалында болатын, сондай-ақ халықтың деңгейі мен өмір салтына әсер ететін күрделі процесс деген қорытындыға келді. Бұл елдегі көші-қон процестерін реттеу қажеттілігін ғана емес, сонымен бірге көші-қонның әлеуметтік-экономикалық тәуекелдерін және олардың халықтың тіршілігін қамтамасыз ету мен өмір сүру жүйесіне әсерін төмендету тетіктерін әзірлеуді талап етеді.
