Диверсификация экономики Казахстана через глобальные цепочки добавленной стоимости: количественная оценка

Экономика Казахстана остается зависимой от добывающего сектора, что создает риски нестабильности из-за колебаний мировых цен на сырье. В условиях глобализации актуальной задачей становится интеграция обрабатывающей промышленности в глобальные цепочки добавленной стоимости (далее-ГЦДС), что позволит повысить конкурентоспособность национальной экономики. Целью данного исследования является количественный анализ потенциала обрабатывающего сектора с дальнейшей оценкой взаимосвязи индикаторов ГЦДС и основных показателей экономического роста. В исследовании использовались статистические данные Бюро национальной статистики Республики Казахстан, а также международных рейтинговых организаций, таких как ОЭСР, Азиатский банк развития и Исламский банк развития. Для обработки количественных данных применялись методы регрессионного моделирования, анализ надежности данных (Cronbach›s Alpha), а также дисперсионный анализ (ANOVA). Результаты показали, что объем несырьевого экспорта оказывает статистически значимое влияние на уровень ВВП (p ≤ 0,05) и производительность труда (p ≤ 0,01). Однако доля обрабатывающей промышленности в экономике остается низкой, а процессы диверсификации экспорта и интеграция в ГЦДС происходят медленно. Исследование подчеркивает необходимость активной государственной политики в области развития обрабатывающей промышленности, привлечения инвестиций в несырьевые сектора и углубления участия в глобальных производственных цепочках. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы для разработки стратегий промышленной политики, направленных на снижение зависимости от сырьевого сектора и создание устойчивых условий для экономического роста. Перспективными направлениями для дальнейших исследований являются анализ факторов, влияющих на инвестиции в несырьевые продукты, исследование структурных реформ в обрабатывающей промышленности и оценка влияния государственной поддержки на развитие несырьевого сектора.
