Ел экономикасының қазіргі мәселелеріне халықтың араласуы: өңіраралық салыстырым

Халықтың елдің экономикалық процестеріне арарласу проблемасына ғылыми қызығушылықтың өзектілігі ұлттық әл-ауқаттың өсуін қамтамасыз етудегі адами капиталдың шешуші рөлін мойындау арқылы анықталады. Бұл сондай-ақ тұрақты экономикалық өсу мен әлеуметтік тұрақтылыққа бағытталған тиімді әлеуметтік-экономикалық саясатты таңдау үшін азаматтардың экономикалық белсенділігін зерттеудің жоғары маңыздылығымен байланысты. Мақаланың мақсаты — «халықтың елдің экономикалық процестеріне араласуы» ұғымына авторлық көзқарасты негіздеу және оның азаматтардың экономикалық әл-ауқаты деңгейіне әсерін айқындау. Зерттеуде жалпығылыми (талдау, синтез, жинақтау) және экономикалық-статистикалық әдістер, соның ішінде корреляциялық талдау, индекс пен топтастыру әдістері пайдаланылды. Экономикалық араласудың мәнін айқындауға қатысты теориялық тәсілдер жүйеленді, оның негізгі құрамдас бөліктері нақтыланып, экономикалық әл-ауқатты сипаттайтын көрсеткіштер негізделді. Зерттеу нәтижелері халықтың экономикалық белсенділік көрсеткіштері мен әл-ауқаттың негізгі индикаторлары арасында тұрақты оң корреляция бар екенін көрсетті.
