Факторы производства сельского хозяйства Республики Казахстан

В статье рассмотрен ресурсный потенциал такой отрасли как сельское хозяйство Республики Казахстан. Необходимость изучения факторов производства не вызывает сомнений, так как влияние ресурсного потенциала сказывается на всех уровнях экономики. На макроуровне – это производство совокупного общественного продукта, на мезоуровне – производство валового регионального продукта, на микроуровне – выпуск компанией товарной продукции. Исследованы факторы производства, к которым относятся трудовые ресурсы, природно-биологические факторы, капитал, предпринимательские способности, на примере аграрного сектора. Дана оценка факторов сельскохозяйственного производства Республики Казахстан. Выявлены практические аспекты содержания факторов производства на основе использования экономической статистической информации. Проведен анализ экономической динамики сельского хозяйства на современном этапе хозяйствования. Выявлено, что в структуре валовой продукции сельского хозяйства преобладает растениеводство. Животноводство и услуги в области сельского хозяйства занимают меньшую долю. Дается характеристика распределения посевных площадей по областям Республики Казахстан. Рассмотрены тенденции предложения на аграрном рынке труда. Выявлены основные направления инвестиций, так как в отечественном сельском хозяйстве возрастает потребность в капитальных вложениях. Срок службы и показатель износа сельскохозяйственной техники дает основание утверждать, что фактор «капитал» недостаточен для исследуемой отрасли, что существенно сокращает возможности расширенного воспроизводства.
