Қазақстан Республикасының ауыл шаруашылығы өндірісінің факторлары

Мақалада Қазақстан Республикасының ауыл шаруашылығы сияқты саланың ресурстық әлеуеті қарастырылған. Өндіріс факторларын зерттеу қажеттілігі күмән тудырмайды, өйткені ресурстық әлеуеттің әсері экономиканың барлық деңгейлеріне әсер етеді. Макро деңгейде-бұл жалпы әлеуметтік өнім өндірісі, мезо- деңгейде-жалпы аймақтық өнім өндірісі, микро деңгейде – компанияның тауарлық өнім шығаруы. Аграрлық сектор мысалында еңбек ресурстары, табиғи-биологиялық факторлар, капитал, кәсіпкерлік қабілеттер жататын өндіріс факторлары зерттелді. Қазақстан Республикасының ауыл шаруашылығы өндірісінің факторларына баға берілді. Экономикалық статистикалық ақпаратты пайдалану негізінде өндіріс факторлары мазмұнының практикалық аспектілері анықталды. Шаруашылық жүргізудің қазіргі кезеңіндегі ауыл шаруашылығының экономикалық динамикасына талдау жүргізілді. Ауыл шаруашылығының жалпы өнімінің құрылымында өсімдік шаруашылығы басым екені анықталды. Мал шаруашылығы мен ауылшаруашылық қызметтері аз үлесті алады. Қазақстан Республикасының облыстары бойынша егіс алқаптарын бөлу сипаттамасы беріледі. Аграрлық еңбек нарығындағы ұсыныс үрдістері қаралды. Инвестициялардың негізгі бағыттары анықталды, өйткені отандық ауыл шаруашылығында күрделі салымдарға қажеттілік артып келеді. Ауыл шаруашылығы техникасының қызмет ету мерзімі мен тозу көрсеткіші зерттеліп отырған сала үшін «капитал» факторы жеткіліксіз деп айтуға негіз береді, бұл кеңейтілген молықтыру мүмкіндігін айтарлықтай қысқартады.
