Новые возможности и предпосылки приграничного взаимодействия Казахстана и Узбекистана

Цель данной статьи - исследовать трансграничные процессы сопредельных стран на основе взаимодействия и взаимовлияния экономик Казахстана и Узбекистана и определить новые возможности в развитии приграничных территорий. Изучены научные исследования и проведен обзор литературных источников, отражающих не только процессы взаимодействия Казахстана и Узбекистана в сфере экономики, политики, экономической безопасности, образования и формирования инфраструктурных проектов. Исследовано экономическое развитие двух стран, проанализирован экономический и ресурсный потенциал, дана сравнительная характеристика развития приграничных территорий. Методология исследования базируется: на комплексном анализе приоритетов сотрудничества на основе анализа основных документов по трансграничному сотрудничеству Международных организаций, в том числе базы данных по измерению и мониторингу эффективности коридоров; проведении комплексного статистического анализа данных Бюро по статистике Агентства по стратегическому планированию и экономическому реформированию РК, международных рейтинговых агентств; проведении оценки распределения областей Казахстана по уровню душевого ВРП; разработке и расчёте коэффициента неравномерного экономического развития регионов Казахстана; рейтинге регионов Узбекистана по уровню ВРП на душу населения.
