Қазақстанның негізгі экономикалық көрсеткіштерінің динамикасы бойынша өңірлік айырмашылықтарды салыстырмалы бағалау

Бұл зерттеудің мақсаты негізгі экономикалық көрсеткіштерді қолдана отырып, аймақтық айырмашылықтарды жан-жақты бағалау және аймақтық диспропопцияларды анықтау. Зерттеуде көпөлшемді салыстырмалы талдау әдісі және оны Қазақстан өңірлерінің экономикалық әлеуетін бағалауға қолдану мүмкіндігі пайдаланылды. Бағалау үш топқа бөлінген көрсеткіштерді қамтиды: қаржылық және экономикалық жағдайлар, бизнесті дамыту көрсеткіштері және халықтың өмір сүру деңгейі. Салық жинау деңгейі өңірдегі бизнестің экономикалық белсенділігі мен өнімділігін көрсетеді, бизнестің даму көрсеткіштерін бағалау өңірдің кәсіпкерлік экожүйесі туралы және пен өңірдің өнеркәсіпінің өсу қарқыны туралы құнды ақпарат береді, тұрғындардың өмір сүру деңгейін бағалау өңірдегі өмір сапасы туралы түсінік алуға мүмкіндік береді. Бағалау үшін бюджетке және Қазақстанның Ұлттық қорына салықтардың түсуі, Жалпы аймақтық өнім, Шағын және орта кәсіпкерліктің саны оның оның ЖІӨ-дегі үлесі, негізгі капиталға инвестициялар, бөлшек сауда, халық өсімі, орташа жалақы, табысы ең төменгі күнкөріс деңгейінен төмен халық сияқты нысаналы индикаторлар таңдалды.
