Қазақстандағы урбандалудың негізгі факторлары мен үрдістері: талдау және ұсынымдар

Өнеркәсіптің дамуымен, ауыл шаруашылығын индустрияландырумен, Индустрия 4.0 трендтерінің күшеюімен әлемнің барлық елдерінде ауыл тұрғындарының қалаларға көшу үрдісі күшеюде және урбандалу қарқыны артуда. Мақаланың мақсаты Қазақстандағы урбанизация үрдістерін, қарқындылығы мен ерекшеліктерін анықтайтын негізгі факторларды зерттеу болып табылады. Ретроспективті талдау әдістері, аналогиялар, логикалық талдау және жалпылау, демографиялық және экономикалық статистика, индекстік, графикалық, салыстырмалы талдау, демография мен көші-қонның абсолютті және салыстырмалы көрсеткіштері, сараланған урбанизация теориясының әдістері қолданылды. Урбанизация қарқындылығының коэффициенттерін есептеудің ерекше әдістері қолданылды. Мақсатқа жету үшін урбанизация үрдістері мен факторларына теориялық көзқарастарға салыстырмалы талдау жүргізілді. Статистикалық деректер базасында Қазақстанның қалалары мен ауылдарындағы туу деңгейіне, өмір сүру деңгейі мен сапасына, кедейшілік деңгейіне салыстырмалы талдау жүзеге асырылды. Урбанизация процестерінің динамикасы, бағыты, аумақтық таралуы анықталды. Қалалар мен ауылдарды абаттандырудың салыстырмалы коэффициенттері есептелді. Халықтың санына байланысты қалалардың иерархиясын анықтау үшін Ципфа қисықтары есептеліп, қалалар сараланды. Ел аумағында урбандалу процестерінің біркелкі бөлінбейтіндігі туралы, сондай-ақ урбандалу факторлары қазақстандық жағдайларда толық көрініс табады және оның үрдістері мен қарқындылығын айқындайды деген қорытынды жасалды. Анықталған үрдістер мен урбандалу проблемаларын негізге ала отырып, Қазақстанда урбандалу процестерін реттеудің негізгі бағыттары мен тетіктерін таңдау жөніндегі ұсынымдар негізделген.
